The University has concluded seven scientific studies that examine its current situation from many angles. The studies focused on the following topics:

·        Determining strength, weakness and variables that affects education quality in SAU.

·        Scientific research and community service.

·        Supporting services and financial resources.

·        Student and Faculty Member. 

      Dr. Saleh Al Kahtani Vice-Rector of Educational and Academic Affairs “General Supervisor of the Strategic Plan Project” said that the studies were made by specialized teams, whereas these studies have a great impact on preparing the university’s plan.

Dr. Mohammad Al Kahtani Dean of IT and Distance Learning “Chief of Studies and Information Team in the project” said that these studies conducted many methods such as workshops, discussion meetings, questioners and field visitations. The most important study was about the students’ role and their vision about the university.

It is worth mentioning, SAU has adopted a Strategic Plan Project, which it was inaugurated and directly supervised by Dr. Abdul Rahman A Asimi Rector of SAU.
