Strategic planning is one of the basics of establishing and developing modern universities. Therefore, SAU has considered the strategic plan project as a priority. This project is one of the developmental projects that supposed to provide a document determining a clear vision to the university’s future, goals and work strategies that achieves such purpose.
The project generally includes the university’s vision, message and strategic objectives. Whereas, these three components is the fundamental unit that determine the university’s developmental project.
