The strategic plan project aims to come-out with the strategic plan document that represent a guide for the future achievements of the university. It also aims to achieve simultaneously a number of objective, which are as follows:

1.     Making an intellectual motion, and making an environment for learning and continuous development inside the university’s members.

2.     Building a fruitful partnership between the university and the community’s institutions.

3.     Developing systems and standards of the quality to enhance the universiy’s outputs.
