Generally, working on the strategic plan requires defining the university’s mission, message and objectives, which are the cornerstone for creating the university’s projects.

Further, SAU seeks through this project to invest in its members. Whereas, teams of the project aims to get the benefits of the project in spreading strategic planning culture, along with identifying it importance among individuals and institutions of the university.
