Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Asimi Rector of SAU sponsored university’s leadership workshop titled “Strategic Plan Head Lines”. The workshop was organized by the executional committee of the strategic plan on 20/11/1432H in the university’s headquarter.

Dr. Saleh Al Kahtani Vice-Rector of Educational and Academic Affairs began the workshop with a speech welcoming Rector and the university’s leadership. Then, he pointed out to the objectives and agenda of the workshop.

Further, Dr. Salem Al Kahtani Chief of the consultant team of the strategic plan delivered a detailed presentation about the strategic plan phases during the past ten months, which was included 53 meeting for the consulting teams, 24 meeting for the executional committee and 40 workshops and meetings.

Furthermore, Dr. Saleh Al Kahtani opened a discussion about choosing the vision and the message of the plan. Then, a discussion was made on some suggestions about developing the plan.

The workshop recommended to allocating the next weeks to review initiatives and efficiency performance for strategic goal and preparing for the last phase of the strategic plan.
