Work priorities on executing the strategic plan were defined as success factors. The priorities included on the following executive objectives:

1.     Forming the education philosophy of the university, and monitoring its implementation.

2.     Establishing a remarkable program for the preparatory year.

3.     Creating for reorganizing the administration, councils and academic programs.

4.     Developing the academic programs in order to fulfill quality and academic accreditation requirements.

5.     Establishing a University City.
