Strategic planning is one of the basics of establishing and developing modern universities. Therefore, SAU has considered the strategic plan project as a priority. This project is one of the developmental projects that supposed to provide a document determining a clear vision to the university’s future, goals and work strategies that achieves such purpose.

The project generally includes the university’s vision, message and strategic objectives. Whereas, these three components is the fundamental unit that determine the university’s developmental project.

Further, SAU sought through this project to invest in its human resources.  According to dedicated plan for such purpose, project organizers aim to spreading awareness and indicating the importance of the strategic palming concept among individuals, institutions and SAU’s members. The university also seeks from this project to strength its relations generally with community and especially with the governmental and privet entities through showing them the importance of this project and involving them in it.
