Chaired by Dr. Saleh Al Kahtani Vice-Rector of Educational and Academic Affairs, General Supervisor of the Strategic Plan, series of meetings were held for Executional Committee of the Strategic Plan. The meetings were for reviewing the final draft of the Strategic Plan of SAU.

The meetings were as follows:

The first meeting was held on 17/10/1432H, which is discussed the first three chapters of the project.  

The second meeting was held on 21/10/1432H, which is discussed main and sub main goals of the strategic plan.

The third meeting was held on 30/10/1432H, which is discussed the modifications on the project. However, the meeting suggested a number of modifications that assure the reality of the initiative according to the executional committee.

Further, the first meeting for discussing the initiative was held on 7/11/1432H with Deanship of Preparatory Year. The meeting was chaired by Dr. AL Kahtani and in the presence of a number of the executional committee members and a number of Deanship officials. The meeting was followed by a meeting with Deanship of Student Affairs for the same purposes.
